Over the past 16 years, Matt has continually lifted our music to new heights. Every time Matt accepts production work from us, we know the final result will be a winner. 🏆 His discerning process of selecting and refining our songs is truly what separates the diamonds from the cubic zirconias. And nobody polishes a diamond better than Matt Pop! 💎 His remix legacy is legendary! Our latest union is no different. Our band's original version of "Hot as Hell" was released to modest fanfare, without a chart position, back in November of 2025. After its release, we were able to sit back and objectively listen to what we had created. Though we felt the songwriting and the recorded vocals were solid, the "je ne sais quoi" in the music production was somehow missing. So we thought we'd better speed dial Matt to see if he could work his magic on this one, like he's done for us before. At that time, Matt was very much in the thick of producing the latest album for the Spanish electropop duo Fangoria. So Hoyt and I decided to pack the idea away. Six months later, we reconnected and were finally able to get into the books. There's a special kind of magic that happens when we create music with Matt Pop and Nick Bramlett.
